Role Description

Apprenticeship Careers Australia are currently seeking applicants that have previous customer service experience, who are dependable, reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to commence a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement). 

The successful candidate will be employed by Apprenticeship Careers Australia and hosted to work in a 18-month full-time traineeship with ECH.

Training will be at Unley and Walkerville and the roles will be based in an ECH Office in either the Western or Northern suburbs.

  • Can treat clients in a respectful manner and with respect to privacy and confidentiality
  • Have excellent time management skills, can work under pressure, and possess the ability to multi-task
  • Shows initiative and has the maturity and ability to work autonomously when required
  • Have a professional attitude 

Duties include:

  • Ensure calls are answered promptly & politely 
  • Greeting clients
  • Ensure all messages are delivered promptly & accurately 
  • Directing mail and incoming packages
  • Data entry/using spreadsheets
  • Filing
  • Other administrative tasks as directed
