About the role:

The primary responsibility is to conduct accurate and timely laboratory testing to support quality standards and production activities. Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Sample collection
  • Raw materials analysis
  • WIP and finished goods chemical testing.
  • WIP and finished goods microbiological testing.
  • Assist with on-line and in-line testing and measurement.
  • Data entry and analysis.
  • Sensory Panel set up.
  • Perform non-routine testing as required.
  • Maintain clean and organised workspace.
  • Any other tasks to support quality and production.

Skills & experience needed to succeed in this position:

  • Knowledge in Chemistry and advanced mathematics highly regarded.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills required.
  • Time-management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise communion with others, both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to assist, work hard and become part of a diverse team.
  • Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (MSL30122) or IV in Laboratory Techniques (MSL40118)
  • Full rights to work and study in Australia.
